Nose:
  Dried  and cooked plums, green grapes, dried apricots, limestone, a wee touch of sulfur
Pallet:
  Macadamia nuts oil, red apple strudel, leather olive oil that held roasted bell peppers in it
Finish:
  Very long and keeps strong. oils, bitter, fresh vanilla stick
